Day To Ship (DTS)

1. Generally, we will ship out your paid order within 1-3 working days
2. For special campaign program, this DTS may not be applicable. Please refer additional special campaign program DTS if applicable
3. No shipping will be carried out on Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday

Shipping Courier

1. We may choose which shipping courier that suitable. We are not to be bound by Customers’ Own Preferred Shipping Courier Services
2. You may get your order from Poslaju, J&T or others shipping courier available in Malaysia

Shipping Charges & Free Shipping

1. Estimation shipping charges will be shown in the Cart & Checkout pages before you make the payment
2. Free Shipping will be granted by utilization of Free Shipping Voucher (FSV) by us
3. FSV may be 100% subsidized or partially subsidized

Shipping Covered Area

1. You may find our shipping covered area by filling out your address inside the Checkout Form
2. In general, we shipped our orders received via this website to Malaysia excluding Sabah, Sarawak & Labuan
